Does my payment include travel insurances?

No, your retreat does not include travel insurances, but we strongly recommend you to purchase one, as soon as you pay your deposit. We can organise and include this into your payment to make it easier for your travel.

Are my retreats refundable?

Unfortunately, your retreats payment is not 100% refundable, however, transferrable to another retreat, OR, you can get partial refunds to it, depending on your time of cancellation.

Below are the amounts:
365 days or more : $200 administration fee
121 – 365 days : Deposit Amount
76 – 120 days : 30% of total fare
75 – 31 days : 50% of the total fare
Less than 30 days : Total Fare

What if I want to cancel or reschedule my flight?

All terms and conditions for flights including cancellation policies are set by the airline, Virgin Australia. Please review their respective websites for Terms and Conditions.

As of 2022 Wacky Jacky’s no longer include flights in the cost of your retreats. This is due to the fluctuating prices of airfares, and our clients ability to purchase flights much cheaper than group flights.

Do note this term only applies to retreats sold prior to 2022 and that include the flight.

How much is my shipping cost to Australia?

For orders below $150, you are charged $15 flat shipping fee. Free shipping for orders over $150.

Are there any returns?

We will refund defective products, however, will not refund or replace an item if you do not like it so please choose carefully. Please also keep in mind that the colour will almost always vary slightly from what you see on your screen for a number of reasons, with most common ones as follows:

1. Computer screens display colours differently.

2. Batiks are uniquely designed, that the patterns and colours vary slightly over the length of the fabric. Therefore, photos may differ than the fabric you receive.

3. Shipping fees, credit card fees or orders older than 30 days from date of purchase are non-refundable.

4. There are no refunds to products damaged during shipping as every country has differing levels of quality assurance when it comes to postage and shipping.

Please rest assured that your product will leave our hands in perfect condition.

How to return my purchase?

If you believe that your product is faulty and is not covered in the non-refundable statements made in the paragraph above then please contact us. You must have confirmation that your order will be refunded prior to sending it back otherwise no refund will be given. In your email please include:

1. Your name

2. Your delivery address

3. The purchased products

4. Your order ID (You received this in your email)

5. The date of purchase

What about shipping and delivery?

Your shipment should arrive within 3 weeks after confirmation of your purchase, and should be faster in countries such as Australia, US, and Europe. We go to great lengths to ensure you products are handled with absolute care whilst they are in our possession. We can take no responsibility once your product has left our care as many countries’ postage practices differ.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Pricing and promotions are based on a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of AUD24 per metre which has been deemed an industry average. Discount amounts may refer to this RRP figure and not an average of the very cheap prices already offered by Wacky Jacky’s Textile.

Advertising banners to promote a range of specials may not include the exact same products that are available in the store as a high turn over of stocks occur and products are constantly shifting. Please only rely on the actual products in the store to indicate what specials are available.

We also reserve the rights to change the price and existing SKUs.
